The Consequences of Inadequate Data Protection

    b) Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI): Establish strict protocols for handling CUI in AI systems, including detailed audit logs and usage reports.

    c) Other Protected Government Data Classifications: Develop specific tracking and reporting requirements for various government data classification used in AI systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
