Victoria Foster, Vice President of Product Management at Kiteworks

Victoria Foster has been working in the software industry since 2008 and has always had a natural empathy and curiosity toward improving the user experience which ultimately impacts adoption and growth of any product. Her early days were spent meeting with users weekly, learning workflows inside and out, and building custom solutions with software to improve efficiency. In 2011, she shifted her career to the product management side of the business where she began to make significant changes in the product that had a much larger impact on the user experience. Since 2011, she continues to seize any opportunity to dismantle prior mental models and solve the real user problems and is most excited by her current opportunity with Kiteworks.
