Michael Lee

Senior Vice President, Finance

Michael Lee joined Accellion in 2014. He has over 23 years of experience in finance and accounting operational leadership with software and technology companies. Prior to Accellion, Michael served as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller of Guidewire Software, a global software company in the property and casualty insurance industry. He has held similar management positions at venture backed start-ups, as well as private and publicly traded technology companies.

Michael is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from California State University Fresno.
